At Croc Candy, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products. Since our items are often custom-made and edible, we’re unable to offer refunds for purchases if you decide to change your mind after ordering. We appreciate your understanding, as these products are prepared specifically for you.

Non-Refundable Items:

Custom-made or personalized items, including those for corporate events, cannot be refunded.

Edible products that have been opened or tampered with.

Any candy products past their expiration date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@croccandy.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of returning any items unless the goods are incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
